The VTCT Level 2 Certificate in Hairdressing is an introductory course designed for learners who are interested in starting a career in the hairdressing and barbering industry. This course helps build confidence, communication skills, and employability, preparing learners for further study or progression to a Level 3 Hairdressing or Barbering qualification.

Professional standards are embedded throughout, particularly through UV10477 Follow Health and Safety in the Salon. Learners understand their responsibilities in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment, reducing risk and reinforcing good habits from the outset.
