Refund policy
At Gainfort Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and education in the beauty industry. To ensure the smooth operation of our courses and the best possible experience for all students, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Deposits
All deposits paid to secure a place on any course at Gainfort Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
This includes transfers to other courses, start dates, or individuals.
2. Course Cancellations
If Gainfort Academy cancels a course, students will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any fees paid (excluding the deposit if cancellation was due to breach of terms by the student).
If a student cancels their place or fails to attend the course for any reason, all fees paid (including the deposit) are non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of serious illness or other extenuating circumstances, students may request a deferral. Such requests must be made in writing and supported by official documentation.
Granting of deferrals is at the sole discretion of Gainfort Academy and will not guarantee a refund or transfer of fees.
4. Payment Plans
If a student is enrolled under a payment plan and chooses not to complete the course, they are still liable for the full course fees as agreed.
5. Policy Acceptance
By enrolling in a course at Gainfort Academy, students acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
6. Klarna Returns
Klarna returns/refunds are accepted within 14 days of the course start date and or on receipt of course kit.
Initiating a Refund:
Returns and refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase. You'll need to follow their specific return instructions.
Reporting the Return to Klarna:
After initiating the return with the store, you should also report the return within the Klarna app, providing any necessary tracking information.
