Course Overview
This comprehensive course is designed to equip aspiring educators with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to teach, assess, and support learners in a variety of education and training settings. Whether working one-to-one or in group settings, participants will develop a strong foundation in inclusive, learner-centered teaching practices, and become qualified to deliver VTCT and ITEC-accredited qualifications in their specialist area.

CPD Logs and Reflective Practice

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course, learners will:

This course is suitable for anyone working in the hair, beauty or barbering industry.
Requirements
- Qualified in your respective field (proof of qualifications required)
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience in the area you wish to teach
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Access to a laptop/tablet to complete coursework and portfolio
- Willingness to complete 100 hours of work experience (fully supported and can be facilitated on-site)
